Full Body Therapeutic Treatments

We will begin with a short consultation. Each treatment will be conducted around the basic full body massage routine but enhanced and tailored to the specific needs of the client. I will take into account personal preference, history and any specific injury or illness at the time. Some variations can be found below to give an idea of what type of massage you might be looking for.

Price per treatment is £50 for 1 hour 15 minute massage (total session time 1 hour 30 minutes).

Payment can be made by cash or cheque on the day. Alternatively, pre-payment can be arranged by bank transfer or paypal.

• Full Body Healing Deep Tissue Massage

​

A great option for people who have specific areas of deep tension or chronic muscular injuries. This treatment will lengthen muscle tissue and break down adhesions ("knots") aiding circulation and promoting healing.

• Full Body Sports / Injury Specific Massage

​

A full body massage with specific focus on attending to areas of overuse or injury often seen in sports persons or people with professions that require strong physical exertion. Individual needs will be discussed with the customer and a treatment plan created.

• Full Body Relaxing Swedish Massage

​

An ideal solution for mental or physical tension and the related symptoms. A great way to restore balance and clarity while improving skin texture and muscle tone.

• Full Body Invigorating Swedish Massage

​

Stimulates the tissues and boosts energy levels and confidence. It is an ideal way to prepare for sporting events or other demanding physical activities.

Other Treatment Options

We will begin with a short consultation. Each massage treatment will be tailored to the specific needs of the customer and takes into account personal preference, history and any specific injury or illness at the time.

Each treatment is £35 for a 40 minute massage (total session time 50 minutes).

​

This massage concentrates on the areas essential to relaxation (the back, neck and shoulders, face and finally the feet). An immediate solution to stress and muscular tension.

Immediate attention to areas of overuse or injury often seen in sports persons or people with professions that require strong physical exertion.
